We want to hear about the services children with a hearing loss are able to access all across Australia, whether you live in a rural area, regional area or a city. We would also like to hear your thoughts about the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and how this is working or how it might work once it comes to your area.

If you participate in the survey, you can enter a draw to win a $300 Coles/Myer gift card. You can complete a survey, participate in an interview, or talk to Megan on the phone 0474 112164 or via Skype.

If you would like to participate in the survey please choose one of the above links where you will find more details about the study and can
complete the survey. It will take about ½ an hour of your time and we would very much appreciate hearing your views. If you would like to
share your opinions and experiences please contact Megan Barr via email Megan.Barr@newcastle.edu.au or phone 0474 112164.
