Dr Fi Graham
As an Occupational Therapist and Researcher from the University of Otago, New Zealand with extensive experience in both clinical practice and academic research, Dr Graham specialises in coaching approaches to enhance client outcomes and promote self-efficacy. In her keynote presentation, “Therapist Experiences and Processes of Learning to Coach,” Dr. Graham will share insights from her research on the evolution of professional identity and skill development among occupational therapists embracing coaching frameworks.
Professor Iona Novak
Professor Iona Novak is a world-renowned researcher, clinician and thought leader in the field of childhood disability. She has dedicated her career to transforming rehabilitation practices through evidence-based approaches and implementation science. She is passionate about family-centered care and she champions the integration of research findings into every day clinical practice. Iona will be presenting her Keynote speech, “The Future of Disability Therapy”.
