Kate McDonell – Occupational Therapist
Kate has worked as an occupational therapist in clinical, supervisory and practice improvement roles within the disability sector for the past 16 years. She has recently begun running a private occupational therapy practice in partnership with a colleague and is enjoying the new challenges that this opportunity is bringing.
Kate has been a member of Disability SPOT since she graduated from University and has seen the many benefits that this organisation has brought to the sector. She is extremely passionate about promoting life–long learning and in networking with other disciplines to achieve positive outcomes for people with a disability. Kate is excited to be part of the Disability SPOT executive as it continues to support clinicians through an evolving NDIS climate.
