Early Intervention Professionals

Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Early Childhood Teachers to join our teams delivering services in the beautiful Nepean and Blue Mountains regions. You will work closely with parents/carers to identify and achieve goals for their children. You will work and collaborate with a team of professionals who are focused on helping children and families through a strengths-based approach.

About you…
You are a university qualified Allied Health Professional or Early Childhood Teacher who has a strong understanding of the NDIS and experience working with children with disabilities or development delays and their families.
You will have:
• minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering strengths-based, family centred and play based approaches and will thrive when working in a dynamic trans-disciplinary team in a multiagency environment.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current Police check
• Integrity, creativity and a sense of humour
• Commitment to the ethos and ethics of the organisation
• Commitment to Best Practice principals in EC and NDIS Quality Standards
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
